Our sales and marketing team inspires our entire family!

They work together tirelessly to achieve objectives, strengthen business relationships with the trade, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

Our sales and marketing team is comprised of 80 professionals who are grouped into two teams clearly focused on maximizing market opportunities:

Strategy Team

Responsible for analyzing market and customer opportunities and establishing a marketing strategy to ensure success. They continually monitor the needs of our customers and consumers, as well as yours, to make the necessary adjustments in an ever-changing Puerto Rican market. This team is composed of the Brand Manager, the Trade Marketing Manager, and the Category Manager, focused on consumer trends. Key account managers and the Sales Strategy and Forecasting Manager are focused on customer needs.

Sales Enablement Team

Responsible for implementing sales and trade marketing plans. They continuously monitor customer sales demand and the execution of the commercial marketing plan at the point of sale.
This team is composed of sales supervisors, sales representatives, and merchandisers.

Logistics and Distribution Team

We pride ourselves on being the most efficient distributor on the island. Our average out-of-stock (OOS) level at the point-of-sale (POS) is the lowest in the industry and our service levels (95% fill rate) for our customers are among the best in the industry. Our two main distribution centers comprise 146,000 square feet of warehousing space.

With one located in San Juan and the other in Ponce, each is located on opposite sides of the island. This allows us to offer a guarantee of fast delivery within 24 hours.
