Our Sales and Marketing Team inspires our whole family!
They tirelessly work together to increase brand awareness, drive sales, and generate revenue. By building close, trustworthy relationships with our suppliers and clients, you are fully engaged throughout all stages of the relationship.
Our Sales & Marketing Team is made up of approximately 65 members which are grouped in to two clearly focused teams to maximize market opportunities:
The Strategy Team – responsible for analyzing market and client opportunities and establishing a market strategy or roadmap that will guarantee success. They continuously monitor our client’s and consumer’s needs—as well as yours—to make any necessary adjustments in an ever-changing Puerto Rican market.
This team comprises of Brand Manager, Trade Marketing Manager and Category Manager focused on consumer trends. Key Account Managers, Sales Strategy and Forecasting Manager focused on client’s needs.
The Sales Execution Team – responsible for implementing the trade marketing and sales plans. They continuously monitor client’s sales demand and execution of the trade marketing plan at the point of sale. This team comprises Sales Supervisors, Sales Representatives and Merchandisers.
Logistics and Distribution Team
We pride ourselves on being the most efficient distributor on the island. Our average Out of Stock (OOS) level at the point of sale (POS) is by far the lowest in the industry and our service levels (Fill Rate) to our clients is among the best in the industry.
Our two main distribution centers equal a sizable total of 146,000 square feet of warehouse space. With one located in San Juan and the other in Ponce, each is located at opposite points of the island. This allows us to offer a speedy 24-hour delivery guarantee, so you can rest assured we’re always on top of it.
