When Alfonso Colomer Pastor and Lino Suárez Vázquez acquired a distribution company located in the southern city of Ponce, Puerto Rico in 1943, they forged an inseparable bond between themselves and their families, which set the tone for our corporate culture. Colomer & Suárez then passed to Alfredo Suárez Ramírez and Alfredo Colomer González as second generation and finally to Alfredo Suárez Serrallés.

Alfonso and Lino’s work ethic and dedication were also passed on, while these three generations incorporated several renowned international and regional brands to our roster, such as Kraft, Daisy Brand, Idahoan, Truvia, Rubbermaid, La Banderita, Nosotras, Familia, Lactalis, Queso La Esperanza, Chef Campis and Café Cibales among others.
